Trip to Ottawa

Matthew and I went to Ottawa yesterday to do some shopping. We had a great day.

We had to go to Busy Bee Tools to get something for my father and then we hit up the Museum of Science and Technology. The highlight of the trip had to be the Nortel exhibit with all of the flashing lights and stuff. It was like a disco without any music. We took a super stupid picture at one of the kiosks and e-mailed it to my e-mail address. I'll spare you the idiocy of the photo. It truly is lame.

One thing that really excited me was the Van De Graaff generator. They had a display set up all about "electricity" and were asking for people to come up, put their hands on the ball of doom and have their hair stand on end from static electricity. I was super excited to do it until I realized that I had on my "Homosexuals are Gay" shirt. That's not exactly the best shirt to be wearing on stage where practically every other adult there had children with them. Bah, maybe next time.

On another awesome note, I found the world's greatest MMORPG and am currently addicted to it.
